Assad A. Bhatti, Esq. is a highly accomplished and compassionate attorney committed to providing personalized, results-driven representation to clients throughout the New York metropolitan area. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Stony Brook University and his Master's degrees in Professional Studies and Human Resource Management from SUNY Stony Brook. Mr. Bhatti received his Juris Doctor from CUNY School of Law at Queens College and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2007, admitted to practice before the United States District Court in 2010 and, most recently, the United States Supreme Court in 2025. His focus is on helping families and small businesses with whatever legal challenges they face — with the unwavering personal attention that defines our firm.

William A. Roche, Esq. is a highly experienced and client-focused attorney with more than 25 years of practice dedicated to delivering personalized, results-driven representation across Long Island and the New York metropolitan area. He graduated from Hofstra University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the prestigious Hofstra Labor Law Journal. Mr. Roche has practiced at some of Long Island's largest and most respected firms, including Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman and Rivkin Radler, LLP, as well as boutique employment law practices, where he successfully represented major corporations defending employment claims and public sector clients such as the County of Nassau. Mr. Roche proudly handles labor and employment disputes (representing both employees and employers), real estate transactions, criminal defense, and a wide range of business and individual needs — always with direct attorney access.
